Originally from New Zealand, Yvette Bateson has called the Gold Coast home for the past three years and brings more than 10 years of property management experience to her role as Senior Property Manager at Belle Property Mermaid Beach.

Known for her calm, easy-going and approachable nature, Yvette brings a level-headed approach to property management and believes even the more challenging situations can be handled with clear communication and a practical mindset. She genuinely enjoys building relationships with people and wants her owners and tenants to always feel comfortable picking up the phone and speaking with her.

With extensive experience across all aspects of residential property management, Yvette understands the importance of protecting her clients’ investments while making property ownership as straightforward and stress-free as possible. She is proactive and organised without losing the personal touch and believes great property management comes down to communication, trust and following through on what you say you’ll do.

Outside of the office, Yvette loves making the most of the Gold Coast lifestyle, spending time with her family, keeping fit and going to the gym, travelling whenever she gets the chance and, of course, enjoying being close to the beach. After three years on the Gold Coast, it very much feels like home — although there will always be a little bit of Kiwi in her.
