Belle Property Rochedale and Cornubia are expanding their service offering with the launch of Belle Property Commercial Rochedale, bringing specialist commercial property services to Brisbane’s growing south-east and Logan corridor.

Led by award-winning Principal Mandeep Singh and Head of Commercial Grant Turner, the new division will provide commercial sales and leasing services across office, retail, industrial, childcare and development sites.

The launch extends the established Rochedale and Cornubia business into commercial property, combining specialist expertise with strong local relationships and the broader reach of the Belle Property network.

Grant brings 20 years of experience spanning residential real estate, commercial property and digital property marketing, with a strong understanding of the commercial property landscape and the factors that influence successful campaigns. His experience spans a broad range of commercial assets, supported by expertise in property marketing strategy, client relationships and positioning properties to effectively reach the market.

Sales and Leasing Associate Nikai Wylde will also be part of the division, working across commercial sales and leasing while developing relationships with local landlords, tenants and investors.
