Ronelle from Belle in Armidale was really good to work with. Despite representing the vendor, she treated us with respect as home buyers, avoiding any undue pressure. I want start by thanking our real estate agent Sadeq Al-Khalidi at Belle real estate for an amazing and outstanding job for the sale of our property in kudla on Friday the 28th of November. This is a man who holds to his word and puts the vendor first!! The communication was clear and concise and at no such time did we feel that he was out to conduct a quick sale and make a quick buck! He was reassuring, realistic and positive in his outcomes.

Initially met Brad at a home open and found his manner in dealing with buyers when fielding questions about the home was excellent. He worked hard for the seller, great negotiator and we respected that. Then after engaging Brad to sell our property, we met Veljko who was part of the team. After the initial home opens and negotiating he continued the work of the sale / settlement phase of selling our property. We found Veljko extremely easy to communicate with, always happy and always on hand to answer questions. He strived to take the stress out of the selling for us which we were very grateful for. Connor was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to indicate what the seller was after and was very upfront with what would be needed to secure the property. As a purchaser located in regional NSW, I wasn't always able to make weekday inspections that had been scheduled; Connor accomodated and arranged inspections that suited the times I could make, despite being outside of the usual 9-5 workday. He made the process of buying less nerve wracking, and it was a pleasure to work with him on this.
