Vanessa Bradley brings more than two decades of experience to her role as Head of Property Management at Acton Belle Property Mount Lawley, with a career shaped across the full breadth of real estate operations.

Her introduction to the industry began early, working in a real estate office at 18, and has since developed into a career spanning property management, leadership, marketing, business development and operational oversight. This depth of experience informs a measured and highly organised approach, with a clear focus on consistency, structure and long-term client relationships.

Vanessa leads with a steady, relationship driven style, where communication is clear, expectations are well managed, and processes are carefully maintained. Her ability to bring order to complexity and maintain momentum across multiple moving parts has become a defining part of her role.

A background in agency marketing adds another layer to her approach, shaping how properties are presented and positioned, while supporting a broader understanding of the client experience from initial engagement through to long term management. 

Away from the office, Vanessa values time spent outdoors and regularly travels to Margaret River with her family, where she resets and maintains a focus on continued personal and professional growth.
