Belle Property’s Commercial division, an arm of Australia’s premium real estate network, is pleased to announce its expansion into Sydney’s Upper North Shore with the launch of Belle Property Commercial Upper North Shore, led by highly respected local Principals Michael Doran and Daniel Dennis, who bring a combined 45 years of experience across residential and commercial real estate.

With an established presence across four offices in the region, Wahroonga, Hornsby, Pymble and Thornleigh, the launch represents a strategic step in strengthening Belle Property Upper North Shore’s commercial service offering, enabling the business to provide a more integrated and comprehensive solution for clients.

The expansion comes at a time of shifting market dynamics across the region, with increasing numbers of landlords exploring commercial opportunities. Rising residential holding costs, including higher strata levies, ongoing maintenance and changes in tenancy conditions, are prompting many to reconsider their investment strategies and look towards commercial assets for greater stability and return.

At the same time, the region continues to evolve, with established town centres supporting vibrant retail precincts, alongside four major industrial hubs in Pymble, Thornleigh, Hornsby and Mount Kuring-gai.
