Max Clews is an ambitious and client-focused real estate professional who brings energy, professionalism and a relationship-driven approach to his role as Agent Assistant to Chris Pham. Supporting Chris’s sales team across prospecting and sales activities, Max is passionate about creating meaningful connections with homeowners and buyers while delivering a high standard of service throughout their property journey.

Having lived in several locations across Australia and overseas, Max has developed an ability to connect naturally with people from a wide range of backgrounds. These experiences have broadened his perspective, strengthened his communication skills and shaped the confident, adaptable approach he brings to every client interaction.

Before pursuing a career in real estate, Max commenced studies in pharmaceutical science, developing a strong foundation in discipline, attention to detail and analytical thinking. While he valued the knowledge and experience gained through his studies, he was ultimately drawn to an industry where he could combine his ambition with his genuine enjoyment of working with people and building lasting relationships.

Working across prospecting and sales support, Max identifies new opportunities, builds relationships within the local community and assists with the day-to-day activities that underpin successful sales campaigns. From qualifying buyer and seller enquiries to supporting appointments and maintaining regular communication, he approaches every interaction with enthusiasm, care and professionalism.
