Lucia Bugeja joined the Belle Property Hawkesbury team in November 2025, following a successful work placement where she demonstrated professionalism, initiative and a genuine desire to learn. She was subsequently offered a full-time position as a Trainee – Junior Property Officer and has quickly become a valued member of the team.

A Hawkesbury local, Lucia brings valuable local knowledge and a strong connection to the community. Working closely alongside Senior Property Manager Catherine Phillips, she continues to develop her knowledge across all aspects of property management, gaining valuable hands-on experience and a strong understanding of the processes behind delivering exceptional property management service.

Lucia has quickly adapted to the fast-paced nature of property management and developed a strong understanding of the systems, processes and level of care expected at Belle Property Hawkesbury.
