As an enthusiastic sportswoman who is very much into training and fitness, Lyn Perks has a fierce determination to achieve the ultimate result in every event in which she takes part. Today she brings these qualities to her role as a property manager with Acton | Belle Property South West, meeting every challenge head-on.
Lyn has worked in property management since 2003, and oversees our property management division with a dedicated, competitive and committed approach. She believes that attention to detail, good communication and a high level of service are the keys to success, and works hard to solve any issues quickly and efficiently to minimise disruptions to her client’s busy lives and ensure their peace of mind.
Lyn regards everyone with high integrity and has a superb customer care ethic that gives her clients the confidence they are in the hands of a seasoned professional. She believes that Acton | Belle Property’s first-class reputation coupled with its large referral network gives her the tools to provide a premium real estate experience to our landlords and tenants.
