Michelle is Belle Property Doncaster East’s Office Manager. Michelle develops and implements organisational strategies to increase efficiency and productivity for the office, our principal, our partners and our agents. She manages our team to ensure smooth operations of checklists, daily tasks including pre, during and post-sale tasks go well to plan. Michelle settles in new team members and ensures they are supported and creates structure in their orientations.
With over a decade of experience in management, marketing and client liaising, a degree in Communications and extensive experience, we can count on Michelle to be the go-to person for the team. She plays a vital role and understands the importance of first-class client satisfaction and the delivery of high-quality communications.
Michelle is a passionate cornerstone of Belle Property Real Doncaster East. Additionally, she takes great satisfaction in liaising with the principal and business partners, constantly seeking ways to enhance the agency's operations, vendor satisfaction and promoting our branding in Manningham and beyond.
