For Dolan, a good relationship starts with taking the time to listen. His care and attention extend beyond the sale, with many client relationships continuing long after the keys have changed hands.

From Neutral Bay’s village atmosphere to the neighbourhood pubs of McMahons Point and Lavender Bay’s harbour setting, he brings first-hand knowledge of the lifestyle buyers are looking for. For owners selling property in Neutral Bay, McMahons Point or Lavender Bay, that knowledge helps him communicate the appeal of both the home and its location.

A contemporary visual artist and musician, Dolan also brings experience in graphic design, marketing and audio/visual work. It gives him a creative eye for property presentation and marketing, while his varied career has helped him connect easily with people from different backgrounds.

Dolan was drawn to Belle’s reputation and the people behind it. He values being part of an experienced local team, sharing ideas and working with colleagues who care about their clients as much as he does.
