As the previous Duty Manager of the Goonellabah Sports and Aquatic Centre, Natalie holds the ability to make everyone feel welcome and part of the community. This unique skill is highly valued, particularly when working with an always-evolving and high-achieving team.
Always tackling the next challenge, Natalie has a track record for being a dedicated and dependable individual. Whether completing her Bachelor of Arts majoring in International Relations and Peace and Conflict Studies or learning all she can from her experienced peers, she meets each moment with a can-do attitude.
What's more, having lived both on the coast of Lennox Head and among the hinterland village of Wollongbar, Natalie's sound knowledge of the surrounding area gives her further insight into the region's unique lifestyle, helping her to better connect with the people who live and work amongst them.
