Greg Griffin & his team sold my house in August 2016. It was on the market for twelve days & sold before the auction.
The property was a well presented 6 bedroom 3 bath 4 car weatherboard in Crescent Rd Mona Vale on a battleaxe block. It is over 3 levels and has the potential for separate in-law accommodation.
It ‘s major drawback was a long steep driveway.
On the first open there were 26 parties. Greg positioned one of his team on the street, himself at the front door & another in the granny flat below. Everyone was greeted & well informed.

We recently decided to sell our apartment in Avalon. After discussing options for an agent with some of our neighbors and friends we shortlisted two agents, one of them being Belle Property.
