Kate Graham.

With six years of real estate experience and a strong connection to Sydney’s Inner West, Kate Graham brings extensive local knowledge to her role as Business Development Manager and Leasing Manager at Belle Property Annandale. Having lived in Marrickville for 20 years and worked in the local property market for five years, Kate has an excellent understanding of the communities across Annandale, Leichhardt, Stanmore, Marrickville, Petersham, Lewisham, Enmore, Newtown, Summer Hill, Dulwich Hill, Forest Lodge and Camperdown.

Approachable, genuine and proactive, Kate believes exceptional real estate service starts with building strong relationships and making the property journey as straightforward as possible. Known for her open communication, practical advice and ability to think on her feet, she has successfully managed a high volume of leasing activity while maintaining a strong focus on service, personally leasing around 360 properties annually in her previous role and contributing to a team responsible for approximately 700 leases each year.

Kate’s connection to the Inner West extends well beyond real estate, with longstanding involvement in the local community through sporting clubs, schools and volunteering. She was previously Secretary of the Summer Hill Lakers Netball Club, volunteers annually for the Mother’s Day Classic and enjoys everything the Inner West lifestyle has to offer, from its strong sense of community and diverse neighbourhoods to its thriving café, restaurant and dog-friendly culture.
