Charged with the task of overseeing the entire Property Management Department, Lee is instrumental in devising and delivering on the department’s goals and aspirations. A Licensed Real Estate Agent who’s been working in real estate since 2011, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a thorough understanding of tenancy legislation.

Lee ensures that compliance and legislation are being followed, is responsible for recruiting new staff who fit the Belle Property Ryde & Epping culture and actively works to grow the rent roll. She’s operated across a variety of roles, doing everything there is to do when it comes to property management, including flawlessly managing a substantial portfolio and helping her former team to achieve elite PM department status.

Lee’s drive to provide exceptional customer service for tenants and landlords alike creates a positive experience for all. She loves the area, which she feels encompasses everything that there is to love about the region – the old and the new, a multicultural demographic and a great community spirit.
