Tina develops and implements organisational strategies to increase efficiency and productivity for the office, our principal, our partners and our agents. She manages our team to ensure smooth operations of checklists, daily tasks including pre, during and post-sale tasks go smoothly to plan.
With over 10 years of experience in customer service and business administration and extensive experience in property management, we can count on Tina to be the go-to person for the team. She plays a vital role and understands the importance of portfolio management, first class client satisfaction and the delivery of high-quality communication. Tina also strategizes process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule.
Tina has an incredibly kind nature and volunteers in church activities such as youth leadership and dance ministry. Tina enjoys dancing and being part of the local community, in her spare time she also likes to exercise, see family and friends and is a passionate foodie.
A local Warrandyte resident for over 20 years, she is passionate about Melbourne's eastern suburbs and enthusiastically shares her local knowledge and celebrates all the offices wins.
