Kate moved to the South West in 2018 after working in Darwin as a nurse in aged care, managing a pharmacy and serving as an Account Manager for the whole of the territory.

Putting down her roots in Margaret River, Kate sought a career change to property management where she can use her administration experience and people skills in the real estate sector.

As a local, Kate is based in Acton Belle South West’s Margaret River office, where she assists landlords and tenants with their rights and responsibilities to ensure the best outcome for both through a smooth transaction.

What sets Kate apart is her approach, she manages every portfolio as if the properties were her own, protecting her owners' investment with the same care she'd apply to her own home. At the same time, she takes the time to understand her tenants' circumstances, which means fewer surprises and smoother outcomes for everyone involved.
