Josie’s journey into the world of property began after completing her VCE, when she pursued her passion for Interior Design and Decoration while obtaining her Agent’s Representative Certificate. Over the past ten years, she has built valuable experience within the real estate industry, including the last three years supporting property management teams and developing a strong understanding of client service, tenancy management, and day-to-day operations.

Starting her career on reception, Josie provided invaluable support to both property managers and sales consultants, handling administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Her dedication to exceptional customer service and willingness to assist wherever needed quickly made her an integral part of the team. She later transitioned into a role as an Interior Designer with volume builders, where she brought creativity and attention to detail to every project.

Today, Josie is excited to join the hockingstuart Williamstown Property Management team, where her industry knowledge, organisational skills, and passion for helping people make her a valuable asset to both clients and colleagues alike.
