Dan McGahan was just great. He has been around a long time so he knows his stuff. He has his methods and they work. . . I could not be happier. We had two opens - one Saturday one Monday and sold it Tuesday. He was adamant I would get more than I thought and he was 100% correct. Great experience overall, including using the stylist Harvey Tink- they are worth every cent you pay for them.

Jonathan Levey has sold units on this property before, so he has knowledge of how difficult/easy these might be to sell and I have entrusted him to do the best deal for both of us. Has done OK so far, just needs to sell the second unit for me. He has kept me informed on what has been happening and has had a good incite into the buyers before they even put things on paper. Shows me he has a good handle on his job. I hope he can keep it going.

Daniel McGahan is an extremely knowledgeable and committed agent with many years of experience. Our sale process went smoothly and we took on board everything Daniel advised us to do, including getting a pest and building inspection to provide to buyers. Daniel commits many hours to the pre open house inspection date to make sure everything goes smoothly and to ensure a quick sale (5 days for us). He is extremely organised, has an eye for detail and a passion for real estate. We cannot fault his sales service and will definitely use Daniel again.
