Rob and team provided regular updates, reassurance and future direction both through verbal communication and online. Rob was professional, truthful and provided answers to all the family's questions, concerns, and terms. We were so happy with Rob as our agent. He gave us some excellent advice in preparing our house for sale. The contacts he recommended were very reliable and well priced. He kept us very well informed during the campaign and we feel he communicated openly with both us (the vendors) and potential purchasers as well. His advice on the lead up to auction day was spot-on which meant the auction ran more or less as we expected it might. On auction day we felt he had our best interests at heart. We ended up happy with the result we achieved and glad such a lovely family are taking over our beautiful house. The thing that differentiates Rob is that is 100% honest and authentic and you deal with Rob directly, not one of his offsiders.

My primary Belle Property contacts in selling my home after 50 years at the same address have been James Bennett and Danielle Young. I had no prior experience in selling a home, and it was a difficult thing for me to come to grips with. James Bennett was lead agent throughout the whole process of coming to a decision to sell, selling in the context of market conditions, effective sales approach and negotiating the actual process of sale. He provided prompt, regular clear and informative feedback as events unfolded. At no time did I feel pressured by him in making decisions, but well informed and promptly and calmly advised if and when I asked for it. Danielle Young provided practical advice on readying my home for sale by helping to determine what was (or wasn't) needed in preparation. She provided a choice of referrals to appropriate services and tradespeople where needed and, where requested, could take the lead on managing specific aspects. This was a really valuable service in assisting me to manage the preparation and presentation aspects of selling. During the process I have come to see that both James and Danielle have great local knowledge and a most professional level of skill. They have both been consistently professional, knowledgeable, thorough, patient, clear, kind and helpful. The friends and acquaintances who recommended them were right. I now do so too.
