Larry Finnis and his team deserve a full 10/10 for their high value performance and professionalism. I have not one regret for choosing Belle Property Management to manage the tenancy and eventually the sale of my unit in Woodville which was very hard to sell. An open and honest experience. Selling and buying property is a stressful business . I felt like I had someone on my side to guide me through the maze. Larry was selling my house and that was his main intent. However there were many occasions where he stepped in and advised us on what to do with the agent from another real estate group fro which we were buying our new house. His knowledge of the realestate laws was excellent. Larry was an alli in the war of realestate.
