I found Belle sale agent, Sam Peterffy, to be very supportive, understanding, concise and paying attention to the details. I found her to be very honest and laying out all the options on the table upfront, no hidden agenda and listening to the feedback. She gave me practical assistance too. For example, she lent me some furnishings for Open Houses. She dropped off a box of my unneeded tools to her local men’s shed.
