Wow! What can we say about Brett Lipscomb from Belle Property, Townsville.
From the first call we knew we found the right person to sell our home. His professionalism, knowledge of the area and efficiency was critical to the sale of our home. Having built a very unique home for our retirement, it was going to be hard to find the right buyers.

I found Blair by researching recent sales in my neighbourhood — her results consistently stood out with strong sale prices. I gave her a call and within two hours she was at my house.

We bought the house through Brett so when it came time to sell he was our go to, unfortunately he had to take time off so Ella took over. Within a week of our first open home Ella had negotiated with a buyer for over our asking price. She kept us informed of every process sometimes informing us that our Solicitor was being tardy in returning documentation to us. This information proved invaluable. I felt that Ella was working for us all the time, returning my calls promptly and answering my 'silly' questions, putting my mind at rest. I can't speak highly enough of Ella, Brett and the staff at Belle.
