We bought the house through Brett so when it came time to sell he was our go to, unfortunately he had to take time off so Ella took over. Within a week of our first open home Ella had negotiated with a buyer for over our asking price. She kept us informed of every process sometimes informing us that our Solicitor was being tardy in returning documentation to us. This information proved invaluable. I felt that Ella was working for us all the time, returning my calls promptly and answering my 'silly' questions, putting my mind at rest. I can't speak highly enough of Ella, Brett and the staff at Belle.

We recently sold our house in Townsville with Jeremy and honestly couldn’t be more grateful for his support throughout the process. From the start, Jeremy has been an absolute professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and always going above and beyond to get the job done. Our sale came with its fair share of challenges due to a difficult property management experience ( a different company to Belle property ) Despite this, Jeremy remained calm, patient, and solution-focused the entire time. His communication has been outstanding and often checking in and updating us well outside of business hours, even with a family of his own. We didn’t even go to market with our property. Jeremy found a buyer off market which made the whole process a lot quicker than we were expecting! It’s rare to find an agent who genuinely cares about the sellers and the buyers, but Jeremy has been that person for us. Number one agent in Townsville! Kody and the team were incredible. They sold our home off-market for a price beyond our expectations in such a short time frame. Doreen was Awesome! Right from the start when I met her, I actually had her come out to do an appraisal on our residence and she was straight up front and definitely has your best interests at heart, Doreen was very helpful and even went out of her way to make sure everything was moving along smoothly, she was very proactive and pointing out issues with the Unit prior to the Building and Pest so that everything would right for the Building and Pest inspection, I cannot thank her enough for everything that she has done for my family with regards to this sale.
