Tim was thoroughly professional throughout the sales process. While i didn’t always agree with his approach I acted in accordance with it. He was right. The price achieved pre-auction was at the top limit of forecast price. Nisha was a legend in the decluttering process. Tim and his team were very professional in the way they handled the sale of our properties, Tim kept us informed regularly on the development of the sale, providing feedback as and when an offer was submitted by a prospective buyer. We provided clear instructions to Tim and his team and they adhered to those instructions very well. At no point we felt any pressure in the negotiation process as Tim knew what we wanted and went to try to accomplish our target. Tim Holgate was great. His support staff were not very switched on and detracted from the experience. Sale letter sent to incorrect address and was returned to sender, Why was it mailed when all other correspondence is email? Incorrect contract (ie another property with out cover page) sent to solicitors. This issue is not resolved Kevin was asking fundamental questions about property that Belle have managed for 20 plus years.

I can not fault Tim or Kevin for the journey from early advice and day one of the sales process to contract signing. Simply Belle do it better Having dealt with many agents over the years I have found Tim to be unfiltered and truthful which is rare in an industry known for its hype and emotional blackmail. Kevin is a young gun and will be at the top of his game in time showing signs early in his career of a industry fluency of knowledge and also an ability to relate to vendors and purchases in a impartial manner. Our agents Tim and Simon were very professional and communicated clearly throughout the sales process. The back end admin and marketing made some small errors for example sending the incorrectly addressed invoice, incorrectly spelt names, but these were quickly rectified when highlighted. Overall an efficient and professional service.

Tim helped me , as administrator of my mother's estate, throughout the various stages culminating in the auction. He assisted in estimates for probate, advised preparation, and lead marketing and sale of the home. Over a 18 month period, we developed the business relationship, to the point that I was comfortable in selecting Tim, and not engage with other agents. He knows the area, the market and what would work in this circumstance. The family was happy with the communications, comfortable the process he followed was the one he outlined. The outcome was a competitive auction, with 11 registered bidders, 77 bids. There was no need to interrupt the auction process with an altered reserve or vendor bid. The family's expectations were met, sold on the day, under auction conditions, at a good price. Thank you Tim and the team at Belle Lane Cove. I recommend him/them accordingly.
