In our experience, Sally is everything we wanted from an agent. We met plenty of agents during our property search - the textbook smarmy; the overly pushy; the annoying and the mundane. As we drifted from open house to open house, it became clear that integrity and character are not always thick on the ground. So, for us, it was a welcome experience to work with Sally and Amelia: their answers to our questions were truthful, and their approach was respectful and kind. We found them to be neither flashy nor egotistical - those seeking agents of that type would be well advised to look elsewhere. But for those of us who prefer working with someone genuine and professional, Sally Dodd delivered in spades.

Hands down Fred Whong is the best agent we have ever dealt with - and probably the most likeable too! From the moment we met Fred we felt very comfortable with him - Fred is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but so down to earth, trustworthy and genuine - just a really lovely guy. You've only got to read his track record to know that he is the 'gun agent' in the area, but that aside, we really trusted his advice and opinion and felt very safe in the knowledge that he would be guiding us through what is always a very stressful process. Fred communicated with us after every Open and come Auction Day Fred had garnered a fantastic group of buyers to ensure that our Auction Day was a success. And a success it was! We arrived at Auction Day to a large group of people and a very calm and professional Fred, and although we were very nervous, he guided us through the Auction in a very relaxed manner and got us a sale price that exceeded our expectations - we were delighted ! We can't recommend Fred enough!

Patrick was very knowledgeable and proactive in managing this sale. He provided excellent support in preparation for the sale, setting a time frame we thought was very ambitious. We managed to achieve it although it nearly killed us. The campaign was short and may therefore not have reached all potential buyers. I was disappointed that Belle did not seem to have the "ready buyers" we were expecting after early conversations about the benefits of moving to the new company. We were hoping for at least two buyers so that we could maximise our return through an auction. However we did achieve the bare minimum we were hoping for.
