Josh was bery professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. His assistant, Bec was very helpful Josh listened to my wishes not to have the house knocked down and a new development created in its place, and proposed a clear plan as to how to achieve that, by spending minimal money to restore the house to have maximal effect. POA worked very well to obtain a maximum price for the house. But not sure I would want to be a buyer at the other end! The house sold in 1 month at a very good price and I am very happy with the process and the outcome.

Josh was professional and knew exactly what cost effective work needed to be done to the home in order to enhance the sale and price of the property. And the styling as recommended by the stylist worked really well. He organised the contractors, and the finance to pay for them. This relieved a lot of the stress in preparing the house for sale. The house was sold at a good price in under 4 weeks, I was very impressed Would recommend Belle as an agent if selling your home.

For me personally I probably needed a little more checking in in the before open home stage given that I am an older person on my own and the last home I sold was around 2006 :). However I did have the opportunity to discuss this with Josh and my feedback was received in an open manner I came across a number of agents in my time of visiting open homes and Josh conveyed honesty and trustworthiness and having gone with him this was demonstrated This was definitely not the sense I gained with all agents. Chyna, Greg and Tanesha at Belle Property did a fantastic job in selling our home for a great price in Avalon Beach in a very short 2.5 week marketing period. We chose to list with Belle because Chyna phoned to check in on our plans and provide a market update every 6 months for about 3 years. We loved the personalised service and regular status updates provided by the Greg and Chyna throughout the process via formal reports, phone calls and WhatsApp. Greg did a fantastic job of marshalling interested buyers through the negotiation process and finalising the deal well prior to auction. Tanesha was highly efficient in the background coordinating everything. We of course would not hesitate to recommend Belle Property Avalon to anyone considering selling their home in Avalon Beach.
