We bought our current property through Blair. Over the past 2 years after knowing we had a rental, he would touch base to let us know recent sales in the building which built a relationship. So when it came to selling the rental, we knew he was the right person to do it.
The whole process was seamless, lots of communication along the way. He even attended the fire inspection at 7am for us.
We couldn’t be happier with the level of care and professionalism that Blair brings. I would highly recommend Blair to anyone selling their property. You’d be in good hands.

From our first meeting and building inspection it was an easy and non-pressure environment, with Alexander clearly explaining the necessary information regarding the unit and complex. In the ensuing days all our questions were answered and if Alexander needed to follow up any requests he was quick in getting back to us.
