Stuart, has been terrific. I would recommend him as an agent. We had a difficult property to market and he and his team have done a wonderful job. I particularly appreciated that he always promptly returned my calls. As a long distant client (I'm in SA and the house - Qld), he was most helpful keeping me up to date with simple things such as yard maintenance. Stuart recommended we take on professional photography for the home, which I feel was influential in helping to find a motivated buyer. We are very pleased that Stuart was able to attain a full price contract for us, which included the sort after short settlement period. We would recommend Stuart Hill with the utmost confidence. He is efficient , professional, very clever with his knowledge of his markets and understanding of human nature. Mr Stuart Hill was my agent with Belle Property. Stuart was a complete gentleman and thoroughly professional. He achieved an outcome for my unique property that other realtors had failed to acknowledge or account for in their appraisals. Although the process was problematic and there were numerous hurdles to overcome, Stuart achieved this and the sale went through above what other realtors had indicated. He also kept me positive when I thought it was all too much. Further Samantha in his office also a lovely kind lady that guided me through many things as the new fire alarm laws and made the process also as smooth as possible. Selling under normal circumstances is very hard and stressful especially when it’s your beloved home for many years. Stuart Hill and Belle Property softened a lot of this pain and stress.

From meeting Stuart at the property, right from the first Handshake I knew he was different! He is a straight talker , listens, and very easy to talk to. He showed us around the property in his AG Vehicle & I have not seen any other Agent do this. So, it was pleasing to be able to navigate the entire property ( 130 acres) in this way. Never woulld be able to do this on foot. He spent as much time as needed showing us aound and anwering our questions. Even took some further photo's that I requested. I would not hesitate in recommending Stuart to others whe are thinking of selling . Buying was a breeze!

This was a very difficult sale for my husband and I, but we knew it was for the best. Stuart was very considerate of this and supported us through every step. Phone calls, communication was always very compassionate. Speed in phone calls, settlement, signing of contracts was fantastic. This sale did not attract a huge commission, but we never felt that the service was anything but exceptional.
