Excellent 5 Stars. There were lots of additional difficulties and over a longer than usual time period and several hiccups however Steve and the other agents helped me, reassured me and made lots of helpful suggestions. We had an excellent 5 star experience With Belle Property Glen Iris selling a two bedroom villa Unit in Camberwell for $146,000 above the reserve. Steve Burke and Mary-Anne Canavan were a great team from start to finish. In the early stages they gave a realistic appreciation of value and clearly outlined the selling process both verbally and in documentation. Their charges were clearly explained and reasonable. Mary Anne's organization of cleaners and the styling of the property was very efficiently managed, always keeping us advised. Once open for inspections began we were given feed back by phone shortly after each inspection and a weekly detailed written report covering details of physical inspections and the vast internet response. Potential buyers were greeted in a friendly and inclusive manner. Steve conducted the auction in a professional but friendly manner, giving an excellent description of the property, local services and attractions. Overall the sale was a pleasing experience.
