Henry was very welcoming at the open home.
He welcomed us, introduced himself and grabbed the necessary information, then directed us on our inspection. Followed us up with any questions and provided a brochure and pointed out a few of the special features of the property.
He followed up with a telephone call to gauge our interest.
We requested a second inspection which was organised in no time.
Then we needed another final inspection to tick all our boxes.
Henry was very easy to communicate with and returned all our calls asap.
My wife said he didn’t act like a Sydney Agent! That is a compliment.

During a protracted, difficult and tricky exchange, all three of our agents - Bria, Henry and Kim in absentia, constantly went way beyond their obligations to ensure exchange happened. Communication and follow up was timely. Psychological support smoothed the journey so that at conclusion we felt they were members of the family. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

From Kim, who listed our property and then over to Henry and Bria when Kim had to go on unexpected leave, it's been a delight.
We were supported at all hours, well into evenings. Henry even visited with the clients on Australia Day. I
