A huge thanks to Scott McElroy , Lewis Persano and Belle team . An excellent result achieved for the recent sale of our Fitzroy apartment. Scott's intimate knowledge of the Fitzroy market provided confidence form initial engagement that we were in good hands regarding the marketing strategy and sales process. Scott remained immediately accessible for discussion at any time throughout the campaign. Lewis Persano provided a very high level of service with a professional and personable approach. Lewis maintained regular ongoing communication and updates regarding responses to marketing activity and feedback from open for inspections. Critically Lewis cultured trusting relationships with potential buyers which was critically to achieving result at auction. A young fella with a bright future The Belle internal team were very efficient, ensuring process to prepare property for sale was executed within a tight time frame . (Painting , new carpets , painting deck, staging - the apartment looked fabulous) Response to enquiries from Belle team were immediate. Leading in to auction day, a final meeting was convened with Scott and Lewis to discuss expectations based on most recent communications with potential buyers and potential scenarios which may eventuate. Importantly we did discuss plan of action depending on possible outcome . Auction day is always a bit nerve racking. These nerves quickly subsided when it was evident that proceeding were playing out per expectations expressed by Scott and Lewis. Scott executed a masterful auction to deliver a great result . We saw a property that Scott and Lauren McElroy had listed in Carlton and from the moment we inquired nothing was too much trouble. This was a complex, stressful and difficult sale, making rating the experience difficult. I have given Belle Property 5 stars based largely on the eventual result, which we are happy with given the current trends in apartment sales. In choosing Belle Property our decision was based largely on my conversation with Scott. Domenic took most of the front running on the campaign and sales process, midway through the process I felt that there was not enough contact or feedback with Scott, which I spoke to him about and he immediately responded positively. The sale ended up coming down to a three-way deal involving the sale of two apartments in the same building. One of the buyers proved to be very fussy and somewhat difficult, I think that Belle handled what was a frustrating and testing situation very well, eventually brokering a successful deal. I'm aware that most vendors probably feel that there could be more communication during the sales process, and indeed there were times when we felt a little frustrated by the "radio silence" when we were waiting to hear about others' decisions. Overall, I'd have to say that we were very happy with Belle Property's performance. Any vendor has to reach that point where they decide that they trust their agent's advice and judgement, and we were able to do that without misgivings.

Belle Property were proactive in guiding and shaping the auction; and responsive with all the little questions that I would have. With COVID restrictions and forced deferral of the auction several times, they maintained contact, shared extensive market knowledge and worked relentlessly towards a successful auction. Without a doubt, also the best. Until then, I had not realised that I have not felt so sure about anything since my husband's passing. Selling during through the Pandemic should be a stressful experience, not with Belle. I could not be happier with my Sale. Scott McElroy was brilliant, as an experienced guide throughout the process. At any time I had any concerns, he was always available for a chat. David V, who looked after the sale went out of his way to guide the process, getting the best price possible given the conditions by selling my property within 8 days of listing. The service offered by Belle is nothing short of premium. I couldn't recommend them more strongly.
