Adam has been and keeps on being amazing. As first home buyers we weren’t very sure on the process to follow and since the first day that we went to the inspection, Adam gave us a really detailed explanation on how the process goes. He was very honest and realistic with the owners expectations from the beginning and we felt very confident talking to him. He’s been working around the clock answering emails, calls and passing on back and forth communication with the owner the minute that he’s got it, that not including organising an unscheduled inspection on a public holiday for us to fully make up our minds and making the contract that same night. We could not have been luckier with a realtor in our first home buying experience, and would recommend Adam to anyone wanting to buy.

I consider your organization to be very fortunate to have an employee of Adams caliber. Adams first question was what I thought the property was worth, I said low $800 he said no it was between $900,000 and $1,000,000. we have a sale at $950,000 clearly, he knows the market. Adam is an absolute legend, salt of the earth guy, honest, genuine, provides excellent customer service and really cares about you & your property and very supportive of the seller and the buyer. Great communication and I was constantly updated and felt I could ask Adam any question. I previously had dealings with him many years ago when he supported me as a small local business owner, something I never forgot. So naturally when it came to selling my house, my sanctuary for the last 19 years, it wasn't an easy and somewhat emotional decision, but I knew Adam was the right person to help me through this. How right I was. He is wonderfully supported by Jess Dignon, who ironically was a former customer of my Bookstore and and together they make a great team, both going above and beyond in the best interest of their customers. My house sold very quickly. If you want to sell or buy a house, then I would highly recommend you call Adam Dickie - he won't let you down.

Having listed with a boutique agent for a period of time it was apparent that they had exhausted their data and client base with no result of sale. Appointing Belle Property Sandgate with a large team within their local office and wider network of local and National clientele made more sense. Listing was simplified with Alan and his team proving to be highly professional, committed, eager and motivated. This is our third experience dealing with Adam Dickie and Jess Dignin. Our first experience was purchasing an investment property on behalf of our son who resides overseas. This experience made us feel comfortable during the whole process. We engaged Adam and Jess to assist in the sale of my mothers home when it was time for her to move into a retirement village. This property sold after the first open home at a market price that exceeded out expectations. When it came time to sell our investment property we had no hesitation in engaging Adam for this task. We were pleasantly surprised that after the first open home there were 21 potential groups that went through the property which resulted in 11 written offers. 8 of these offers exceeded what we considered to be the value of the property. One of these offers successfully settled this week. At all times both Adam and Jess kept us up to date. Dealing with Adam was more like meeting up with an old friend rather than talking to a sales agent. We would have no hesitation in recommending or engaging Adam and Jess again. After months of looking for a house, making many offers and talking to many agents, it was a breath of fresh air to negotiate with Allan and the team for our new house. He was available to answer questions, did what he said he would do, rang us back when he said he would, and facilitated a great negotiation with the owners, and was a genuine and honest person to deal with. Thanks to Allan, Ashley and his team the sale of our family house concluded without an issue.
