I am very happy with Belle Property looking after my rental property/ The only reason I am not changing my other properties to Belle are the management fees ! Unfortunately, the fees are more than double of the other agency! ..... which is a big difference! Kind regards, Roger

We had our rental agreement with Belle Property, and overall, I’ve been satisfied with their service. Communication has been professional, and most of our maintenance requests have been handled in a timely manner. However, one request regarding the damaged window seal in the bedroom is still unresolved. I would appreciate it if this could be followed up soon. Thank you for your support and service so far.
