Having had a bad experience with another agency we were sceptical going into another sales campaign, but Jonathan was so confident and reassured us that he could achieve what we were aiming for. I was really happy with Jonathon and Camilla, but I got a phone call one day asking me if I had a mower. I said, yes.... had no idea why, but the mower was then given to the Buyer as part of the sale. If I had of been given more information i would have been able to say that I was selling it as it is a new mower, worth around $4,500-$4,000.

Our Routine inspection has been delayed until next MOnday 3 March due to illness from the Property Manager. I have no issues with this. What I do have an issue with and unfortunately this survey is bad timing for Kelly as I rang the office today to complain about the work that is being done on the roof at 113 Landsborough Avenue and whether we could get an update as to how long it's going to go on as the drilling is very loud and interfering greatly with our 'quiet enjoyment of the property'. We also work from home and the noise is unbearable at times. I spoke to Kelly briefly today (Monday 24 Feb) with an attitude that was shocking - her exact words were "I don't know who is on your roof and what do you want me to do about it' with a tone that was rude. I understand that they may not be able to assist but there is a way to deal with people in a polite and supportive way. Unfortunatley with this attitude I have given Kelly 1 star. I hope that her attitude can improve and that she can display some emotional intelligence with dealing with tenants, or the public in general. Kind regards Jo Worthy

Being from Interstate without clear understanding of real-estate requirements our agent Brendan with assistance from Dianne spent time explaining the process and accommodated all our requests to inspect many homes during our mid week visit. We would highly recommend Belle Property to anyone looking to sell. The entire team, especially Madonna was amazing. My first email query was answered immediately and the question I asked was addressed with a spot on answer. They did not give me the run around like alot of real estates do. Madonna and Johnny were friendly, helpful and able to answer all our queries on the day we inspected our new home and then followed up immediately with an appraisal on our property with Clinton. Even when we were feeling overwhelmed trying to prepare to sell, they made us feel like we were supported and provided us with the people and the tools to get the job done. They went over and above what we expected by coming and helping us clean and prepare our property as well. Now what other real estates would do that. We don't believe our property would have been ready in time without their help. Annabel was also a wealth of knowledge, and nothing was ever too much trouble. If we could rate Belle Property higher we would. Our conveyancer said their communication was excellent and made everything flow and work. If you are looking to sell, you should definitely contact them. Our entire experience has been a very pleasurable one.
