We achieved an excellent price for the property we were selling. The agent, Tony Kalofonos, was helpful, organised and professional throughout. Communication was clear, straightforward and easy. Tony gave us very, very good advice, from preparing the property for sale (how much work to do or not to do), through the styling and photography, and then running the "open for inspection" process. He kept us informed every step of the way and listened to our concerns. He was exceptionally good in the final stages of negotiation that led us to accept a pre-auction offer. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tony (and Liam, and other back-up team members) when selling a property in Kingsford. He has excellent local knowledge.

The house that we moved in was very nice and very good for my family. But there is a lot of issues since we moved in, like the electricity doesn’t work out, there is leaking on the kitchen sink, the smoke detector is broken, and the wiFi connection in here is very bad and I know its not the agency responsibility. But when I make a report about all maintenance, the agency gave us quick respond to call the service. Its very gooodddd!!!!

I brought the property over from another agency and I’m so glad I did. John has truly gone out of his way to look after the property. One example—on his day off, the tenants called him because they lost power in the kitchen. He went to the property, sorted it out temporarily, and gave me a few options to have it properly repaired.
