Sue Jogever handled the sale of our unit in Port Macquarie while we stayed at home in Sydney. We had the first offer within 24 hours and it was sold within two weeks of being on the market! From the start she was friendly and easy to talk to plus very willing to accommodate our wishes. We were amazed at how quickly she organised everything in order to get our unit on the market quickly including dressing the unit for sale and recommending a local conveyancing business. Sue gets things done fast! She kept us updated about prospective purchasers etc and gave very good advice about offers we received and when to wait etc which helped us achieve the price we wanted. Sue was absolutely amazing. At our first meeting she spent so much time with us understanding our requirements and taking such an interest in the home. During the course of the sales campaign Sue was most accomodating and very respectful to prospective purchasers, some of whom were quite demanding.
