Five Stars. Peter Perrignon was excellent throughout the process of marketing and auctioning our properties, making it an enjoyable process. He kept me fully informed, offered expert advice re preparing our properties for sale. All works to be done were arranged very quickly and efficiently. Peter contacted me after every Open for Inspection Day keeping me up to date with buyer interest, questions and concerns. Peter's auctioneer skills are excellent, he knew those in the audience who were potential buyers and he was able to get a great result for both properties.

It wasn’t easy for me as i was overseas during the sale but Peter was amazing! His advice, his availability to me (time differences etc) and his dogged pursuit of an excellent result meant i was absolutely delighted! He has an excellent understanding of the market and his advise and knowledge have been spot on. Peter has always kept us informed, replied to all queries promptly and has always rung when he said he would. We really appreciated his calls to give us detailed feedback after every Open for Inspection. We also valued his input into what renovations to have done, and how to style our property effectively and within a reasonable budget prior to marketing. Marketing proved very successful as there were many parties at the Open for Inspections. These were done very quickly and efficiently. Our experience has been very easy, enjoyable and rewarding. We rate the process five stars.

Note: I was referred to Peter by Ruth Chessell, who was working for Asset Management at the time. Ruth has since moved on due to issues with the Owner of Asset Management - I still have my properties in Queensland under her oversight with Sunderlands Property Management Group. Bell property coordinated the sale of both my Melbourne properties achieving excellent outcomes. However the high point was Peter and Richard's assistance with identifying a suitable maintenance firm (Frank Damos of Real Maintenance) in preparing the properties before Auction and identifying an efficient Conveyancing firm (Hammersmith Lawyers) to finalize settlement following the conduct of the Auctions, which were coordinated by Peter and Richard. My thanks for your support in assisting with this activity in particular as I was unable to be on location operating from South East Queensland.
