Anthony was great to deal with. I think we had an open and upfront discussion. I never felt pressured. As a buyer, I never felt deceived or strung along. At one stage when the pest and building report threatened to create a chasm between the expectations of the buyer and seller, Anthony arranged further reports to allay my fears, kept dialogue going, and got the process back on track. I knew Anthony wasn’t working for me, but I still felt as though I could trust him. If that wasn’t the case, I do t think we could have reached an agreement. I am happy I have a new home for my family, and I hope the seller is also happy. Anthony did a great job. I’d recommend him to buyers and sellers.

Couldn't be happier with the service we received from Belle Property. Communication was clear and never pushy. We were kept informed at every step of the process. We don't live in Brisbane and staff were happy to tend to a number of requirements for us, such as collecting keys, arranging meter readings and arranging access to the property for trade services when required. Going these extra yards for us avoided a lot of potential stress and difficulty, and we appreciate it. Open house inspections were often and regular and we felt were getting the best exposure and opportunities for a sale. This is my experience as the BUYER of a property: to start with I have to say that generally speaking I don't like or trust real estate agents for all the reasons that make them one of the least trusted "professionals" in Australia. I doubt Glenn has had anything to do with the bad reputation that the industry has. What I can say about Glenn is that my first impression at an open house was that I had a different feeling about him compared to most other agents I had come across in my house search. Call it gut feel or intuition, maybe the it was the fact he was happy to hang around at the end of the inspection opening time and chat just generally, for some time, rather than trying to ship me out the door. I always felt he was honest with everything he was communicating to me: initially what offers had already been knocked back and the price the vendors were looking for. We were negotiating verbally on price initially and at no point did Glenn pull any tricks trying to squeeze an extra $1000 out of me. He understood my position and the vendors and genuinely tried to find a price that was going to work. While there was some issues with the property completing due diligence, I always felt that Glenn had the interests of both parties at heart. I felt completely at ease discussing what I felt were some small issues with Glenn and I always received and honest position of where the vendor was at. I honestly do not feel he could have done anything else to help overcome the hurdles, and make the process as smooth as possible. From my point of view, he went beyond the call of duty to enable this sale for the vendor and myself. It was also nice to always be dealing with Glenn, and not be farmed out to the real estate agent's 21 year old sales associate/assistant. So if I had to summarise: from what I see Glenn works very hard and loves what he does. His communication is brilliant - he was happy to contact me outside of hours and on a Sunday when needed. Very respectful, always returned calls and messages. I never once got a sniff of any BS from Glenn - I guess for me it was a really pleasant surprise to find such an honest agent. If I am ever selling a property in the area then I am not even going to bother asking different agents about what they charge and what they think I can get from my property etc - it will be an easy decision - I will be engaging Glenn!
