Naomi has been very friendly and accommodating with my requests. So too the team in the office when I have called. I am not sure of the cause of issues with the PropertyMe app in trying to access, view, read and respond to the Entry Condition report. I have also just left a house where the report was 110 pages long, with a very large number of photos. Due to my experience there, I will take more photos, as only 6 photos were provided.

Cameron Coombes was 100% the reason I ended up with Belle Property, and had he not been with Belle Property then I would likely have dealt with a different Real Estate Agency. Cameron entered the lift at my complex, speaking with prospective buyers for another property ....his manners!! - his manners and conduct were sufficient that I went outside and took a photo of his name and number immediately ....and so ended up with Belle Property. Cameron is polite (not snivelling), genuine and interactive with his client (no "come in ya' galah. Have a cigar"), communicative (always returning my calls promptly) well-groomed (but not slick : ), and is a credit to himself. While Cameron is not a full agent at this time, I am CERTAIN he will do exceptionally well when that time comes. Manners and sincerity are invaluable - thank you Cameron.
