Ben Radcliff is a very patient agent. He took the time to show me all aspects of the property I was considering. I ended up purchasing the property. Even once the contracts were signed, Ben continued to promptly answer any questions I had regarding the process and find out any information I was after. I can not recommend Keith Blanchard more highly, he made the process of selling our home so less stressful then it could have been. We are truly greatful for his support and understanding especially of me and my unnecessary worries. I should have listened to Keith from the start when he told us to enjoy our visit to family overseas and not worry, which is of course not what I did. Even though Keith himself was overseas, he was never out of contact with us,and of course everything worked out. Ben Radcliff was the most professional Sales person we have ever come across . We can not speak highly enough of him and his great dedicated team. We were always kept up to date with Inquires , open Homes and offers . I had asked Ben to filter out tyre kickers and not to bother calling me with unsuitable offers below our agreement and he never called , his team emailed us with such details after open homes , inspections etc . Ben's negotiation skills are second to none . he remained adaptable and open minded , focused at all times , kept doing open homes even so we had a signed Contract 'under offer' . the first contract got terminated and he had a buyer later on the same Day for more money and No Conditions . We met Jonathon Cameron at an auction several years ago and he has made himself available to us for genuine real estate advice since so it was a simple decision to ask him to assist when it came time to sell our house. We were not the easiest clients to work with! We had an air bnb running during the selling process but Jonathon was extra accommodating and helped sell our house around our incoming/outgoing guest.
