Nick is down to earth, honest and trustworthy. I've transacted 3 properties with Nick/Belle property over the last 7 years, two as the vendor and one as the purchaser, and I have always found Nick to be transparent in his feedback and conversations. He is passionate about his job and has extensive knowledge of the property market, even outside of his specialist suburb of Cromer. I would definitely consider using him again in the future.

This is the fourth time we have dealt with Nick as he exudes local knowledge, market understanding and acts with complete integrity for both a buyer and seller (Yes we have been on the buyer side first then later as the seller). He leads a very professional and organised team. The last sale with Nick was very rushed and he was able to get the property online within 48 hours and get it styled for us within 72 hours. Simply fast and successful teamwork from the Belle Property team. Yes, we will use Nick again and again in the future. At the start of our last campaign I put forward a suggestion which Nick declined to use as he said he wanted to known in the area as ethical and honest. I really respect him for this and we ultimately sold within 5 days of launching at the price we wanted.

I once had a conversation with Howie Hill on the phone. This was in the beginnings of searching. He was interested to understand what my situation was like. This is quite standard in conversations with real state agents. The difference was in how he did it. I remember he said "we will be able to help finding you a home". Some months later I had been approached by so many people, but was lucky enough to be contact again by Howie and reminded of his professionalism as well as Belles. So this was a no brainer. His riginal comment was very true and it turned into reality. I will always be grateful, because it will mean protecting the well-being of my children.

Every time I deal with Nick, I am impressed with his ethics, intelligence and ability to close a deal with both the vendor and buyer feeling confident and content with the outcomes. Nick Duchatel is the leading agent on the Northern Beaches for a reason, or for plenty of reasons. Intimate knowledge of the area, the homes and the community form one. A real passion for real estate underpins another. But what made Nick stand out to us, and why i cant recommend him highly enough, is that first and foremost he is a people person. He takes the time to understand your needs - and we weren't selling, we were looking to buy. Nick builds relationships and works hard to match buyers with the right houses. His patience, communication and ability to build and hold good trust with his clients is a testament to his high integrity character and his honestly which frankly makes him a bit of a unicorn in real estate. I honesly couldn't recommend Nick more highly, and not just to sell your home. If you are looking to buy, stay back after your inspection and chat. Make yourself known and ask him for advise.
