Thanks to the amazing team at Acton Belle! It was extremely professional from start to finish. I loved that I didn’t feel rushed in the preparation stage (really important to me), that they clearly explained the rationale behind each recommendation, and that theirs is a thorough and tested process that I could trust. I found Blake young but enthusiastic. I am a senior seller and Blake supported me throughout the process. He was willing to take my multiple phone calls, provided timely updates and strong recommendations. My only feedback is to consider a small thank you gift for the sellers. A lot of effort is put into selecting an agent and commission is recognition of your effort.

Scott immediately gave the impression that he understood our time constraints, did extra legwork on the front end (reading through our contract without prompt) and loved the property we were selling as much as we do. Scott was the selling agent for a property we had just put an offer in, so it was an easy fit to have him do an appraisal on our home. He had recently sold a similar property to ours just a few hundred metres away and achieved an amazing outcome. His estimated return for our property was similar, so we decided to have Scott manage our sale. Scott and his team from Belle Property done an amazing job at getting photos, brochures and realestate web site sorted in a matter of days. The first home open realised 3 offers, all at or above Scott's estimate. During the whole process Scott has kept us informed while waiting for finance approval. Chris is great and what he does and knows the areas he services well. He proposed an End of Date sale for our townhouse due to its unique qualities. The campaign was shorter than im used to but gave us multiple offers after the first weekend. Given some of the offers were around the price expectations we had I was ready to sell but Chris knew that other potential buyers he had spoken to were interested and had good budgets. We trusted the process and ended up getting us 30% over what we were expecting. We were thrilled. Chris also has a great team who keep you undated and are very responsive to any queries. Have used Chris twice now and would definitely engage him again if I had further property to sell in his areas.
