Dolan is very knowledgeable about the area and the prices property have sold for and negotiations skills. He worked extremely hard and long hours to sell my place which was not an easy sell due to unforeseen council ruling.
Dolan possess excellent communication skills very courteous, punctual, great attention to detail.
He provided me weekly detailed inspection report that I very much appreciated as it
kept me on the loop on all feedback and comments about my place.
He also went the extra mile assisting me to get my precious pets outside the apartment during inspections

Tom Scarpignato was incredible to deal with. We first met him around 5 years ago when we were looking to buy and although we never ended up buying one of his, he was a stand out in terms of how he nurtured buyers.
When we decided to sell our unit he was the first agent we thought of and from the moment we engaged him we knew it was the best decision! Tom sold our place after less than a week on the market! Along with Christian Percuoco and Tessa Humphreys, they are the best team in the area by far!

Christian, and in fact several other Belle people I met while I was buying my apartment, were all great to deal with.
I found Christian to be genuine, organized and capable.
As you know, it's a complicated process on both ends of the sale, so I appreciated that Christian could run everything smoothly.

Buying my first home as a 24-year-old female has been a difficult and long experience but working with Dolan made the entire process so much easier.
