Mark is a very experienced agent with excellent communication skills who is prepared to put the effort in to to achieve the sale even if lengthy after hours involvement is required. We were especially impressed with Mark's assistance in preparation of the property especially as the vendor lived remotely and his empathy in dealing with the current tenants. Mark and Tyson did a fantastic job selling my 2 bedroom apartment. Sales interest was created before the auction date, and a private sale ensued after a three way bidding war. I believe the team achieved the best sale price with the lowest risk before auction. I used a few contractors via Belle to spruce up the property before sale, the contractors were largely punctual and the styling service did a great job for the publicity photos. All in all a great selling experience.

If I could award more than 5 stars I would. This is the third house I’ve prepared for sale in 15 years and with many more complications than previously so it was with some apprehension that we started the process.
