Throughout the entire process of selling our house and purchasing a new one, Lisa Roberts worked incredibly hard and supported us all the way. When the sale didn't happen as quickly as we all had hoped, she hung in there, kept us informed and didn't pressure us. After an extensive search on Google for an agent to sell our apartment in Brunswick West, it was obvious that Lisa Roberts from Belle Property in Carlton was clearly the best choice of agent. From the moment of contacting Lisa to see if she was willing to take on this sale, followed very soon after by an onsite meeting at the apartment, I knew for certain that we had made the right choice. We trusted all her advice, which we followed. Lisa gave us a price range that we were very happy with. Although the property was on the market for a bit longer than expected (due to circumstances totally beyond Lisa's control), when it was sold the price was still within Lisa's original price range. In other words, Lisa absolutely knows her stuff, compared to so many other agents that can give false hopes to sellers. This fact in itself is absolutely why I recommend that you ask Lisa to sell your property. Total honesty all the way through, no false hopes!

Lisa was great to work with in selling my apartment - the only agent of many i spoke with who understood the actual value of the property and wasn’t going to sell it on the cheap to get a quick easy commission. Prior to Lisa, I'd had a crappy experience with an agent from another agency. A friend recommended Lisa and said that she'd look after me. From the moment we made contact, Lisa treated me with kindness and respect. She worked hard and made the whole process easier than I expected. Communication flowed. I always knew what was going on, but not ever in a way that was stressful. I followed her advice. When she said my place would be sold at a certain price, I was hopeful, but wasn't 100% convinced due to the previous crappy experience. But she was right - it got the price she said it would, and within 2-3 weeks. Lisa is incredible at what she does and is an absolute joy to deal with.
