James and his team were honest with their appraisal and highlighted areas to improve the selling price. Their strategy for the sale was to ensure the best price for the property and although the property did not sell at auction, there was no concern that it would not sell! They simple moved onto the next phase of the plan.
Negotiations were intense at times but always tilted towards obtaining the best price.
James and Jade were easy to communicate with, available at any time, returned all correspondence promptly and no problem was too small to discuss.

They were very responsive and quick with providing updates and provided excellent support from helping arrange additional inspections times at very short notice to providing clear explanation and assistance on the process for contract exchange and deposit payment, which made the entire process and experience more smooth and less stressful. Geoff and team were fantastic from start to finish. He was always honest, upfront and responsive. I felt genuinely supported the whole way through.
I really appreciated the human side he brought to the process. He met me where I was at, but also gently challenged me when I needed it. He understood what mattered to me longer term and helped me take the emotion out of decisions at the right times, which made a big difference.
He also gave great advice and connected me with excellent trades, which made everything feel much more manageable.
He has a way of keeping things calm and positive, and made what could have been a stressful process feel surprisingly manageable (I may still owe him a drink!).
Despite a softer market, he achieved a result well beyond what I expected. I’d first met him a few years earlier after he sold a home in my street and I always appreciated how he stayed in touch without any pressure.

Rob and team provided regular updates, reassurance and future direction both through verbal communication and online. Rob was professional, truthful and provided answers to all the family's questions, concerns, and terms.
