I found Julian to be very responsive to my questions and phone calls. Unfortunately there was a down turn in the market about the time that we started our campaign. Julian anticipated the response to the action (4 people present) and was one step ahead with strategies to attrach buyers. I initially wanted $900,000 for my property but gentlu guided by Julian to accept $850,000 which was a good reflection of the market and also what the property was probably worth. I got $835,000. I was happy with that price which Julian negotiated. I was selling because of likely expense of maintaining the whole building.

As a first-time vendor and seller, this process was a very daunting one. Julian was fabulous in ensuring that I felt comfortable and he moved at my pace. He always answered my phone calls with every intricate question I had about the market and selling options. I found Julian to be very warm and to have a genuine passion for what he does. Unfortunately, due to the market being a very difficult one (with interest rates rocketing) I didn’t sell at auction and then moved to private sale. Julian was great at keeping my spirits up, whilst maintaining an honest approach with me and acknowledging the difficulties as they arose. Hi, I purchased a property through Belle Property where Julian and Ava helped me with the purchase process thanks to their excellent knowledge. Both made sure all our questions get answered and we feel comfortable with the property. Since the sale was through auction, both made efforts to be with us so that we are prepared for auction. Post sale, Julian helped with valuation requests and contract questions too. Andy/Sam on the day did good negotiation helping with a win-win situation for everyone. We weren’t 100% sure we were going to sell but we met with Julian anyway. I had contacted Belle because they had such incredible google reviews, but I will be completely honest, when I got allocated Julian I saw his photo and was slightly concerned because he looks so young. But I couldn’t have been more wrong!!! He is an absolute natural and has at least 6-8 years in the industry. We loved his honest, open approach. He was so different to the stereotypical real estate agent who is pushy and appears to only be telling you partial truths. I think it’s so important for the best sale of your property to not only have an estate agent that knows what they’re doing but is also very likeable. We’ve been to many inspections where the estate agent was so off putting we didn’t want to buy off them. Julian was not like this. He has his reasoning for every suggestion he makes but also double checks that we understand and agree with what he is proposing. It was our first time selling and we wanted everything to be absolutely perfect as we had put a lot of time and effort into the renovation. Julian promptly addressed any concern we had, even silly ones, and never made us feel dumb for asking. I will recommend Julian with confidence that he would do an exceptional job for his next client. He had so much excitement and passion, when things were looking a little grim (another COVID lockdown mid campaign), we still stayed positive because of Julian’s amazing attitude. It honestly felt like Julian was our very supportive best friend throughout the entire campaign. Thank you so much!!!! The ladies I spoke via email with to organise paper work were also very friendly and helpful.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank both you and Julian for an outstanding result. Whist the market is fantastic and the result certainly shows that, I am fully aware that not all results are equal, just as not all agents are equal. This one was built on a solid foundation of hard work, local knowledge and the breadth of experience. We were always destined to get a good result but the aforementioned created a record result!!! I truly believe you have set a new record for a two bedroom company share apartment with no parking in the area. I pity the next agent that is tasked with selling a similar product in the area as they have massive shoes to fill to even come close the performance of your team.
