Joel Cuman is a very professional and experienced real estate agent with exceptional knowledge of the area he deals within. Joel was not overbearing and offered sound advice from his local knowledge. He would make suggestions on the marketing program that should be taken but would also consider the sellers views as well. The "video walk through" is a must for anyone trying to sell the property to a wider audience than just the local market in Cairns/Palm Cove and is well worth the investment. Joel kept me up to date on the sale process with weekly updates via realestate dotcom , Belle and Domaine websites as well as regular phone calls and Joel would also provide feedback from any openhouses that were undertaken. I have no hesitation in recommending Joel Cuman to any potential seller in the Palm Cove and Northern Beaches areas. Joel also has vaulable knowledge of many Strata Title Complexes in the area as well.

This is the second unit we have purchased through Joel at Belle Property Cairns. Both times Joel has been amazing. Joel Cuman was our Agent. His experience in selling apartments in our complex and knowledge of the complex as well as other apartment blocks at the Palm Cove was evident from our first contact. He provided advice on listing price with good sound knowledge of sales of similar units in the area. He was careful to leave decisions on price to us but used facts to inform and educate us on what was realistic to expect and so sway any unrealistic expectations. As a buyer from another state, purchasing our first investment property, sight unseen, we could not recommend Joel Cuman and Claire Cocks any higher, 5 stars is not enough. From start to finish Joel went above and beyond. Every step of the way, all requests and questions were dealt with promptly and professionally, nothing seemed out of their scope to assist with. Joel did everything from extra walk throughs of the apartment, sent additional photos/videos, and even communicated directly with our broker when the bank threw out a few difficult questions. Before settlement Claire did an extra inspection of the property to ensure everything was as it should be, and finalised arrangements with the property managers.
