I have already submitted an Agent review in an earlier email but in brief. I found Jay to be extremely honest and upfront about the market and prospective buyers and the position my unit would sit with my own expectations of selling price. He had great market knowledge along with knowledge of his buyers. He reassured me along the way which helped me trust in the process. My desired price was achieved in a short period of time. I chose Jay because he was young and enthusiastic. At no stage was he pushy. He was helpful optimistic and always on the phone informing of the latest development in the campaign. Your marketing team though expensive was efficient I wondered if the campaign could have been longer. All in all a good result was achieved against difficult odds Jay swung a last minute deal. How I don’t know. He deserves the utmost of praise and a bonus.

The agent was polite, courteous and helpful. I have dealt with Belle agents before this, and could really say the same about all of them, which was one of the reasons to choose Belle. The agent recognised our inexperience with property, and was always willing to provide advice, but was always happy to accept any decision we made. I believe that the agent's negotiation with prospective buyers always kept out interests in mind, and in the end probably meant a higher price than we would have received if we'd just said "Yes, take it".

Jay Assay did really great job. First, as a real estate agent, he has deep understanding of the local area. Secondly, he is proactive with the sales process. He proactively contacts the stylists, calls potential buyers and helps with negotiation. Last but not least, he communicates well with me, and always keeps me well-informed. Sometimes, I contact him at night or on weekends, he is still responsive to the emails, text messages and phone calls. Apparently, his performance is beyond my expectations.
