Our experience with regard to selling my father's apartment in Cammeray was exceptional. I rang Helen Wilson at my father's request. Helen had previously contacted him on a few occasions - and Dad was very impressed with her. Helen arrived at the unit within an hour of our telephone conversation - she was extremely helpful with advice about what needed to be done to the unit to optimise its value and marketability. Helen referred me to her colleague Nicole Naylor who organised tradesmen to remove unwanted furniture and fixtures, paint, carpet and undertake minor repairs. This took such a huge weight off our minds. Helen and Nicole were fantastic to deal with - extremely efficient, communicative and professional. The unit was presented so much better than we could have imagined, thanks to their efforts. As a result, the unit sold within a week of the first open home - at a price above our expectations.
