Our experience with Belle and our property manager has been excellent. The comms have been clear and action is always prompt. Our property manager is always happy to help and offer as much support as possible. Maintenance has always been promptly and all servicemen have been polite.

Helen Ioannou of Belle Property has been my property manager for many years now. I would not change her for anything. Her property manager qualities are many but to name a few: Punctual, extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, responsive, timely and effective in service delivery, great communicator, considerate, honest, practically minded, value-adding and re-assuring.
